That must be one of the stupidest champions to play against... he gives you cancer from the very start of the game. You might even go 3/0/0 against him, but once he starts getting items, it becomes harder and harder to take him down. The way Singed players win games is to just splitpush: your laner leaves, you keep pushing. He comes to stop you, you go to another lane and push. Repeat until you win. I find it very hard to deal with good Singed players, no matter how many times you kill them, their splitpush wins them the game...[/quote]

That's why he should be on the tier list.[/quote]

I'm also certain that the nerf to IE and the buff to pretty much every AD caster item makes him the best ADC currently. And the fact that Lucian is the best ADC for using the Crit and CDR stats on Essence Reaver.[/quote]
