Here ladies and gents we have someone judging a champion's viability before he is even released. And remember, a champion's lack of sustain means he is not very viable. Just ask
Malphite!

Well I simply have no idea how he'll get through laning phase. The only way he can trade with his opponent is through repositioning his spirit blade, which requires him to be in melee range of his opponent, or a minion. I simply don't see how a champion like

defensive mechanisms create stalemates, not sure if that's what you're happy with
I think it'll mostly be his shield to try and get him through lanephase, much alike Malphite.
As for his Defensive Mechanic, I don't see an issue. It does what it does, but the field is tiny, needs great sword positioning AND it makes them sitting ducks for AOE. It's useful but it doesn't seem broken or anywhere near
Wind Wall tier

I like how well his new Q synergises with his taunt. Taunt through them and then press Q for a very likely to hit Q. Furthermore, since I'm guessing his Q behaves like the return on
Orb of Deception or
Timewinder, You could cast Q and then immediately taunt towards an enemy to get a near guaranteed hit assuming you land the taunt. I like it, removes some of the mindlessness of his laning phase, but I'm afraid that , his harassing potential is going to be incredibly weak unless he dedicates himself to a trade by dashing in.

It's great for support Im assuming, or even for dueling/skirmishing as a jungler.
Vyn, thoughts on this kit for the support role?
