Also, when Zed is Ulting you, be sure to position in the center of your team. Depending on your elo it's possible your team might be more focused on chasing the enemy support than locking down the Zed diving you, but I've found that at least one person is just as eager to shut Zed down as you are. The worst thing you can do is panic flash while he's still dashing to you (or Rocket Jump, or whatever). You could even tell them to save their cds for his ult, just don't be an ***.
This is a minor defensive path that I've been building for situations where I'm facing a lot of divers: Phantom Dancer + Death's Dance. It'll give you Crit, Atk spd, Damage, life steal and damage reduction. If their team is heavily ad based, you could go for a ninja tab as boots, should help you against zed's AA which do count for his damage output and overall armor of the item.
Plus you could run Barrier over Heal on Summoner Spells, because A: Barrier blocks more incoming damage than Heal heals... and B) if zed runs Executioner's Call it will cut your heal on half, as for barrier, you can block damage and heal back with your life steal.
