I would really like to help. However, I don't have much free time during the week. Also, since I live in India (yes, really), I won't be able to respond as quickly to posts.
As for what I can do, mostly theorycrafting. I've actually thought of some ideas for champs. Personally, one idea would be to make a champ that synergizes with lifesteal. Meaning that his abilities give him lifesteal or something. I realize that passives that give lifesteal or spellvamp are already taken (
Soul Eater and Soul Siphon), but they are on people that don't rely on it. Maybe a passive that increases % of attack damage by % of lifesteal. Just a thought :D.
Anyways, I hope we create a good champ ^_^.

Sounds like a great idea, and I think with a lot of intelligent community involvement we could fix most of the bugs before they happen. :P
