I think Riven's main issue is that Poppy is so strong right now. She's not bad against all tanks :v

Shouldn't be every adc right now in tier 4? I see Ziggs bot over ADC's...

And now Cassiopeia bot, Viktor bot, Zyra as carry bot...

The change of Botlane is incoming.

I am waiting for Mordekaiser :D.

Updated. Changelog:

Top: Camille moved to tier 1. Nautilus moved to tier 2.

Rumble, Ekko, and Illaoi moved down in tier 2.

Jungle:

Rek'Sai moved to tier 2. Kha'Zix and Olaf moved up in tier 2. Graves moved down in tier 2.

Mid:

Vladimir and Viktor moved down. Cassiopeia moved up. Corki added to tier 2.

ADC:

Lucian moved to tier 3, Jinx moved to tier 2. Ziggs, Cassiopeia, and Mordekaiser added.

Support: Malzahar added.

he just doesnt bring more to the table than the other tanks anymore. hes really inconsistent at using courage of the colossus too which hurts.
