I walked into the business directly when I did it. They saw me, face to face, and agreed to make the appointment, only to refuse to do it when I actually showed up for it.
It sounds pretty damn annoying :/
However, I'm also sure there's a lot of barbers out there more than willing to cut your hair regardless of how you want it, it just sucks that you went through all of this to see them deny it for whatever dumb reason. Well, it's their loss of business anyway.

They do hair for women normally given that he asked if the haircut was for a man or a woman when I made the appointment. I'd be inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt, but why would they ask that if they simply don't do women's haircuts?
Maybe they asked because they might have thought you were making the appointment for a guy? But if you explained it was for you, and they said yes, then it doesn't make sense that they'd refuse to do the appointment. Sucky situation. Is there a reason you can't go to a hair salon instead?
Instead of doing school work that is definitely due tomorrow, I decided to read through PMs from 2015. y i do dis.
