When you make a guide and make different guide sections it generates a Table of Contents for you. But it also creates a place for a auto added title for your guide. I want there to be an option to disable that. I myself made my custom Table of Contents for my guides simply because I wanted to use images for my section titles.

I would also like improvements to this feature. I believe it's in the pipeline but I don't have an ETA of when this might be accomplished, sorry. :(

I would like a ToC that floated on the right side of the page as I scrolled down. Having it at the top is useless, to me.
