I'm immensely astonished that I won this. Pretty sure I only got like 55 points, but I'd do anything for that Jhin skin. :)

You can only get a skin worth 1350 RP or lower. The jhin skin is a legendary for 1820 so yeah, you're still not gonna get it x)

no, you can only get a 1350 RP skin or lower if you don't want a skin that's included in the raffle. The Jhin skin is available for the winners of the Dark Star raffle.
