I'll give you a +1 for the work put into this, but rushing warmog's isn't a very good idea on vlad, as he is very hard to kill anyway. And getting Rylai's that late isn't a very good idea either, as it gives key stats to vlad.

Really not a fan of Heal here. Just about the only time I would ever consider taking it on Vlad is when getting Spirit Visage, and even then, Ignite, Exhaust, Flash, and Teleport are all just better options.

You also rush a Warmog's Armor, and by doing so, lose out on a ton of potential early AP. Vlad doesn't really need survivability early on. His Q lets him stay alive forever, and he really only needs health/MR/armor when the game's gotten to the point that he can no longer heal himself back to full with Q. Consider also that more AP early game translates to a larger heal on your Transfusion. 3000 gold on extra health and 40 AP really isn't going to compare with 3000 gold on a slow, health, 80 AP, and then the bonuses from your passive (referring to Rylai's here). Speaking of which, I also feel that you get Rylai's much too late, as it's a key item on Vladimir.

You dont always need heal to save your *** its mostly for those moments when your going 1v1 at mid, due to the fact you're Cooldowns are very long with him at the beginning your relying mostly on who can take the most damage since he doesnt deal much. I use warmogs because it gives you a nice boost of hp yes it can replace another ability power item but Vladimir doesn't really need too much ability power 700 - 800 is enough you know? Generally i dont die a lot as Vlad due to the fact i have that extra bit of survivability which means i dont lose stacks, i believe Snowballs are great for this kind of character since you can actually gain quite alot. Yes Heal Does get unuseful at the end of the game, but after you've got past level 9 you wont really need many summoner spells since you will be owning the middle. Nice to hear your opinion though. Would like you to try it!

You need a heal to save your *** early game? Man, then you must be really weak with him. Btw. Vlad cooldowns are low enough, there's no need to get even a bit of CD Reduction other than the one from runes... And Warmong? Tsh, Warmong is no use on Vladimir, it's way better to get another Rabadon and lose that 25 % of Warmog HP in order to get supreme power. Vlad Passive -> Mejai. Every time you die, you lose both AP, HP and Survability meaning you won't get more stacks anyway. Snowballas are not for Vlad, sure he can escape, once, then he must regain health usually, with Spell Vamp, it's impossible. Don't really like it, going Ap-Natural Heal Vladimir is way better than going all "tricky" with items, you may need a Thornmail or FoN sometimes, or a Void Staff to rip off the tanks.
Sorry mate, but comparing it to other guides and my exp. of playing Vlad and seeing Fail Vladimirs, this one would actually fail. About the heal: so what? Early game it saves you, then you have almost an empty spell giving you nothing, a total loss of slot to be honest, each better Vlad player willl tell you so.
