I like the idea of summoning, since it's a bit different ^^ can add that Bwong's idea of all at once could also be seen as the same type of udyr, (no ulti, however 4 skills to put up). I personally would love another champ tha works this way.
I do like the idea of a support countering cc for the team aswell, right now only morgana has that ability I think.
Another true tank would be nice aswell ^^

Question regarding the theme of a summoner champion: Would he/she only control pets, or have other skills? Would he/she have multiple pets? If so, how would you control them all?
I thought that we weren't supposed to go too into detail. I guess there'd be a 3 second interval in between summoning each pet and they each last for 5 seconds. Each pet has an extra effect that it does (one snare, one is main DPS, one is an HP buff? just spitballing it). Controlling would be with the usually alt+click. The game in general isn't too micro intensive so yea. The champion itself would do no damage :) I dunno.

I don't have any suggestions of my own, but I do support these two concepts:

Name: Anti-Tanky-DPS
General Description: A champion designed to counter tanky DPS champions such as Olaf and Udyr while being only average or above-average against other champs.
Justification: After the nerf to AoE teams, tanky DPS has been an extremely powerful force. Irelia, the recent FotM, embodies what it means to be a good tanky DPS. They are incredibly frustrating to take out, and deal enough damage to usually be able to take out the main carry of your team. A champion that can appropriately shut down these tanky DPS champs while still being alright in a team fight would be a welcome addition to carry-centralized teams.
Explanation: This champion would be able to stop a tanky DPS champ from steamrolling over your carry, either through direct support of the carry herself or by halting the tanky DPS completely.

Name: True Tank
General Description: A champion that can initiate effectively and can make the enemies focus him. Someone who can protect himself and others.
Justification: The last tank that was actually a "true tank" was Shen, that's it. Sure Rammus and Amumu can be just as good, but Shen has an AoE taunt, shield for himself and an ally, a way to be at an ally's aid whenever he wants, and a way to heal himself and others. What other tank in the game can do that? Rammus has a taunt, wow. Amumu has a stun and an AoE stun, not much better than Rammus. Shen is the only tank that is purely defensive. With him being banned all the time, we need someone else people can play to have fun with.
Explanation: This character will be able to initiate effectively and protect allies. He/She will be able to take the full force of all the damage, while dealing very little back. He will be able to support carries by giving them a damage boost or something of that nature.

hmmm, not if each pet just had 1 skill (like a passive, such as stun once every ... secs or an aura that gives increased attack speed).

Name: Anti-CC
General Description: A champion designed to counter CC stacking teams, being able to stock, manipulate and reduce CC effects placed on him or his friends.
Justification: CC stacking is probably gonna be the meta to return after/if the tanky DPS meta ever fades off. So, yeah.
Explanation: This champion would punish CC stacking teams, helping his friends out of a CC'ish situation, reducing CC, and applying CC on an enemy that tries to apply CC on him or on a friend (maybe). The champion shouldn't counter CC at such point he's invulnerable to it, and he should be squishy.

Apparently, people do not like CC.... I am seeing some Anti-CC people in there. As nice as it would seem, a LOT of champions would find themselves in worse spots to go against this. Cleanse, Mercury Treads, and BV are enough now that I think of it, despite my approval of it earlier. Sorry Skralls and TehGus.... 0-0

General Description: A mage that excels in team fights but is weak at 1v1 encounters.
Justification: Often times a mage can nuke down a single target but then have to pull away from a fight to wait for cooldown's or have to play safe because of their squishiness and this means they can often play a intermittent role in team fights.
Explanation: This character will be going against the grain so to speak in terms of mage's. She/He will be in the middle of the fight while synergising with the CC effects of the tank. Debuffing enemy units while providing DOT. His/Her shield should provide resistance to all damage(excluding towers) where she would take less damage from multiple source's than if she was taking damage from one source. She would have a normal base HP for a caster and His/Her ultimate would be the sheild as well as dealing AOE damage (which would have a fairly long cooldown to prevent Him/Her being used as a tank)
