Tank damage is still too high... they have to do something about it. Cho/Mundo/Morde... srsly those guids can rip you apart and you cant to anything about it. Bloodrazor should deal pure damage to targets above 100MR.

I think things are pretty balanced now. Lots of tank items have been hit pretty hard and quite a few of the champions have been nerfed too. Get the same amount of farm as they have and your team will almost be able to ignore them unless they have disables.
The ones in your picture are clearly fed and you can't balance after how good champions get when fed. 322 CS in 70min is a lot.
