Madreds Bloodrazors: An item that is great for champions that can attack very quickly. For example, Teemo, Twitch, Kog' Maw. It is usually only taken by AD champions. Madreds gives attack speed, attack damage, and it's passive is great for melting champions will high health pools. Junglers that usually get a Madreds Razors can turn it into a Madreds Bloodrazors or Wriggles. Again, it depends on how fast your champion will attack later game.

Examples of the usage for Madreds:

"Xaioli has picked Twitch."
Me: Gee, their team is pretty tanky, and they'll probably build a lot of armor.
Random: What will you do?
Me: I'm going to drop all items and RUSH a Madreds Bloodrazors because that's one of the only items that wreck tanky teams.

The above is an example of rushing a Madreds to benefit a team.

You will find yourself needing to rush a Madreds Bloodrazors a lot as a melee character against tanky teams if you attack swiftly.

The above is what Madreds Bloodrazors is to me.

I wasn't saying that Cloth Armor start is bad - actually, Cloth Armor, 2 pots, and a ward is very strong, as well as Boots, pot, and a ward. I'm just saying that Fort pot isn't the best starting option.

Well that's what makes Nunu a tier 1 jungler, he is just so flexible.

History is the fiction we invent to persuade ourselves that events are knowable and that life has order and direction. That's why events are always reinterpreted when values change. We need new versions of history to allow for our current prejudices.

A good combo with Madred's Bloodrazor is Black Cleaver.

If tanks build MR, your Black Cleavers eats through most of their armor.
If they stack armor, Madred's cuts through their HP.

If they stay balanced in both, you're still ripping through their HP like butter as would as you bring in an attack speed item like Wit's End, Phantom Dancer, etc..

I am not the most experienced nor best player. I do like taking champs and experimenting with them to find a build that works for me.

Lately I have be working on AD Sion. I have found that with Crit/AS Runes, rush building a Excutioner's Calling and a Madred's Bloodrazor seems to be very devastating. Followed with a Last Whisper and PD. Of course boots are built during this timeframe. For the final item I have been trying out Frozen Mallet.

Expensive but manageable in long games. Been relatively pleased with the results. I do find myself with alot of assists instead of kills though.

For non-ranged carries, you have two options: either tri-force for when you play against squishies, or madreds for when their team is mostly tanky

No one seems to realize that Madred's works equally well on High HP and Low HP, it's the same percentage of HP per attack either way. It should be treated same as DFG: it's good against tanks, but there's nothing wrong with making it a static item in a build.
