Evelynn Jungle is looked down upon by Riot, because it's too much pressure on enemies to spend on Vision wards and oracles.

I don't think so. I'll still buy this every game. Free ward + super Razor + jungle sustain is beast. The extra 4% takes some of the sting off, too.

Riot's made it perfectly clear they don't want to nerf junglers.
It wasn't because of junglers. Wriggles was MADE for junglers. It was 100% due to lane-abuse.
It is merely invariably going to affect Junglers because a nerf is always a nerf, always with horizontal consequences.
