EDIT: To clarify, if you're having trouble with Cass, it should be because she doesn't have a great ult or W. Not because you're not doing enough damage. Damage is what she does best to be honest.
I've been saying the problem lies with R and W all the time. She only has 2 of 4 useful skills. That makes her bad.

Even her E isn't phenomenal - it has low range and requires Cassio to remain consistently engaged to deal the high damage you speak of. Mages are supposed to be able to burst from long range and then disengage, and cassio can't do this due to her E spell.

This. But her ultimate I've only found use by using defensively or by surprising someone who's face-checking bushes. But it most certainly isn't a finisher, nor I believe was it ever intended to be.

its not that casseopia is BAD
its just that for all the effort and time you have to put into working to play her, you get the same effect and even more from just picking up a champion like annie
