She is considered fail because she is UP. Also not to mention, she is too expensive. Not too mention that you can buy cheaper people that are so much better than her.

Yea, she's not that much of a nuker with her DoT spells and her ult and W are just poorly designed. They need to remake them.

Her bad reputation is simply because she has a high skill cap.

it's unreliable and her nuking is low as **** anyway
she's the worst mage in the game, this has been said by almost every good player in the game. if you're owning people with cass, you'd own them even more with annie or ryze

Explain how I get around 10-3 with Cass and around 5-10 with Annie most games then?
The only problem is that people TRY to play Cass the same way as Annie or Ryze, which isn't how she's meant to be played.
They should be around 1/2 health before you even THINK about going for a kill.
I mean, then you have 300 damage on a .4 second cd.
Over 5 seconds, that's over 3000 magic damage going up their butt. No-one likes that.

one, isnt twin fang on a 0.5 sec cd when they are poisoned
two, most people move outta ur W quickly as its small, and i dont believe that goes for 5seconds?
same goes for the q
and if they did, are you taking latency into acct?

she honestly needs a redesign, Q is horrible at placing unless the other team is bunched up
W is the same
and your E, if you use it on the wrong target/ you forget about the time on your dots, youve lost all your nuke
and besides having a horribad ulti, it requires you to be very close, which mages arent meant to be in most cases

A few of the problems I see with her are: 1) Her ult does not do as much damage as I think it should since it is her ultimate. 2) Her passive, while admittedly somewhat helpful in ability costs, is relatively useless as compared to most other champs' passives.
Some of her advantages: 1) She has relatively low cooldowns on her abilities. 2) When stacking ability power, her Q and E abilities do a great deal of damage. This, combined with her low cooldowns, makes her a fairly good nuker.
Again, I've only played her once and that was in a practice game. I'm not saying that she's great, nor that she's absolutely horrible. I'll admit that she isn't a great champ, but I'm just failing to see how she's that much worse than some other champs in the game. Anyone who could enlighten me would be a great help.
