The build seems nice. You may want Boots before completing Manamune tho.
IE only scales good with normal attacks. Manamune gives almost as much AD while giving unlimited mana and costing much less. Like most ppl say; IE isn't needed nor optimal on Ez.
BT is about as good as Gunblade after the recent buff to it. On Ez atleast.
The reason you'll want Manamune early is that you'll have a stronger mid game that way. At least that's my opinion.

The Brutalizer is the best pure physical damage item you can get early on.
Mystic Shot deals 4% of enemy HP in magic damage with Madred's Bloodrazor.
The problem I have with bloodrazor is that with no MrP it's going to be mitigated hugely in the end game and at best will only take off 2%, I'd have to do some math to see if that outweights something like a bloodthirster.
Madred is the single heaviest-hitting item you can get for your Q. Well, after TF, but it's almost as good as TF while working on every attack.
