is it true guile's team from street fighter was played in the radio when bin laden died?

EDIT: By the way, just thought you guys would like to know. There have been over 100k documented civilian deaths in Iraq from war violence.

11/9/2001
"Sir, Osama killed 3000 civilians in the terrorist attack"
"3000? Let's kill 30 times more and show him who's boss! He's not getting the high score that easily."

almost 10 years later...

30/04/2011
"Sir, the death toll has reached 100k."
"Remind me, how many did Osama kill?"
"3000 Sir."
"LOL! What a N00B. I assume we're in 1st place now?"
"No sir, Hitler has 6 million points."
"Damn! We're not even close. Call in the generals, we need a new strategy."

Lolz you guys. I never said it was right for those people to go out and join the army for the purpose of killing. I was stating that it was an emotional response therefore countering the statement that Americans are apathetic. If you would stop being so negative towards me you may have noticed the intent of the statement.

However, I do believe that having an army to defend your nation is important. The purpose of the army is to protect. Not to assault or kill. You can call me whatever you like. But let's get this straight. If someone had not stopped people like Stalin, Hitler or Mao they would have kept killing until they were the last people on earth.

I am appreciative of the people who have died to protect me and my way of life. Freedom is never free and it rarely costs little. It is a shame the world is the way it is. But regardless of how any of us feels there will always be evil that must be stopped.

The problem is, you're not protecting USA on Iraq. Your killing for the sake of killing and getting more money. The easiest way to make money is force a country into war so they have to spend tons of dollars. Why do you think the US has a public debt that big?

Also, the US army isn't protecting your way of life. Without the war the only thing that would change is that your lives would be better. The only thing US soldiers are doing is ruining other's lives.

Btw, I don't think of Stalin as a tyrant. If it weren't for him the Axis would have probably won world war 2. Also, it's thanks to Stalin that Russia became a superpower after the war. Just thought I should clear some things out.

EDIT: Regarding Osama's death, I think it's very useful to shoot him on sight. Why capture him?

while i'm glad osama bin ladin is out of the way, i don't believe that shooting him was the right way to do it.

i think he should have been captured to live the rest of his life out in jail. i don't care how many people he killed or how many bad things he did, the death penalty should never be used.

and canoas, i don't know where you could have learned that, but half of what you think just makes no sense at all, on this topic.

I'm sure they were trying to capture him alive but when they raided the place I'm sure the guards first reactions where to shoot and so the raiding party had to shoot back and I'm sure they nailed him good in the crossfire.

Let me ask you this question.

If Bin Laden came to your house and blew it up. With all your family except you in it. No 1 lived. You would still want Bin Laden to be alive even if he was going to rot in jail for the rest of his life.

IMO the death penalty should be used for the people who commit any type of crime that would be deemed immorally wrong.

No disrespect though on your opinion. Just my 2 cents.

no i wouldnt want him dead. while i do not value human life as much as canoas does, i still believe firmly against the death penalty.

i don't care if that means he rots in jail for the rest of his life either.

and another random note, lol on how /b/ is playing the america **** yeah song, with a stickied america thread, and /v/ is playing guile's theme.
