Posting this for a friend. He's starting to learn, and he wants to play the "fastest champ in the game". Didnt give me too much info other than that haha. But he said he hates to not be where the action is, and wants a champ that can roam the map freely, has awesome escapability. He said he doesnt much care to be the guy dominating team fights, and would rather roam freely with boots of swiftness or mobility. Opinions?

He should try to play Twisted Fate, he can be everywhere with his Ultimate Destiny(But TF is rather vulnerable to Ganks), other good choices would be Kassadin, Shen, Rammus, Irelia and Shaco. And he should get Teleport if he wants to be always available for a teamfight.

Teemo, Rammus, anyone with a semi-flash, Sona to some extent. Basically, everyone can do this if you stack 5 Phantom Dancers and Mobility Boots.
Teleport helps your situation too.

Thank you to jhoijhoi for the sig, and all the dividers in the guide.

and Yi or Rammus + a Zilean speed boost + a Sona speed boost + Janna passive + ghost + rammus PB or Yi Highlander = huehuehue

Thanks to TRUeLM, Plastictree, Scrax, Xiaowiriamu, foggy12, JahGFX, jhoijhoi, msrobinson, JEFFY40HANDS, Nyoike, MissMaw, and me :) for the sigs!

Shaco. A million times Shaco. He's terrible in team fights but excels in pushing towers, forcing the enemy to split their team up where your team will have an advantage in the resulting 4v4. He doesn't even need to go to team fights as when they break out, he just pushes one or two towers down during the fight, even if your team loses. He's also a great ganker and roamer early and mid-game.

I've heard shaco is really only very useful in jungle and at level 30. Dunno where I read that, but would he be a viable pick when he Is still a level 10ish summoner lvl?Can he lane? Or jungle at low lvl?

He does exceptionally well in a lane. Additionally, if your team doesn't have a jungler, you can spec Jack in the Box as your first spell, and place as many as you can by the blue buff camp, and then insta-kill him when he spawns: Free XP and infinite mana for the early-game!
The purpose of Shen is to flip out and kill people.

LoL so shaco was the first champ i spent IP on when I started, and I just wanted to give this a try. My "insta-kill" at blue buff....doesnt go so hot. I place 4 jack in the boxes "near" golem (I place them between the sign post and the culdron), wait for him to spawn, and then try to place one near the other 4. Am i supposed to attack him to get him to move? Or should my Jack in the boxes do that? Cuz what happens every time is that it looks like its working, get him about 1/5 of the way dead, and then he just smashes ALL of them in 2 hits. In the video he just dies right away without shaco doing ANYTHING. What on earth am I doing wrong?! ;)

I'm not a Shaco expert or nothing, but this guide will display optimal box placement (apologies for the ad D:). You want to buy a Sapphire Crystal and two Health Pots, since that's generally the best laning build, imo (early sheen FTW), but you could also start with a Doran's item, I think.
Anyway, I didn't count how many JitBs I placed (just did it in a custom game), but I'd reckon around 4-5-something. You never want to stop putting down boxes until the buff spawns.

The trick is to run up to the buff, hit it once, and then run into your boxes, the minion aggro system works by attacking the closest hostile target, meaning if you hide a bit behind your boxes until the golem gets feared, the boxes will be closer to the golem than you will - that way it'll aggro the golem instead.

If your boxes die (they do sometimes, and sometimes they don't, oddly), you'll want to keep placing them INSIDE of the blue buff, to make sure that they are closest to it, and not you - if you can, try to make sure that the box is a tiny bit behind the center of the golem's hitbox, that way it'll turn around to attack it, allowing you to utilize your passive for an even easier kill.

If you're still having problems, just poke me again, are you EU or US, btw? I could try to show you in a custom game if you can't get it right. :)

Stack as many boxes as possible at golem, close to the side of the bush that's farther away from golem. When he spawns, attack him once and lure him to box range - but don't run so far that the lizards follow you too, because you ONLY want your boxes to attack golem. Once he starts getting attacked, drop another box right behind him and you should be able to kill him no problem.
