Well, I still dominate with Hybrid
Twisted Fate and tried hybrid Ez. almost the same way I build fate focused more on Mana... strange thing came out from Manamune and Trinity Force, plenty high damage output from Q and R, AA hits hard, only thing i missed was burst AP, so I took a Hextech and Guinsoo. Still more AD but maked his other skills really viable as well, dealing for over 250-300 each 6-7 second. Also, went for Nashor's Tooth, simply great choice for Ez thanks to great CDR on your R and Q + tons of mana you can keep on spamming skills as much as you want.

I am rather new with Ezreal (played 10-15 matches) so i want to ask for your opinion about my ezreal build. I read the thread and different kinds of builds. I came to this conclution:
ArmPen marks and quintessences, cdr glyphs and mp5/lvl seals.
Items:
Dorans blade< boots< sheen< cdr boots< brutalizer< trinity< blidgewater cutlass< banshes< hextech< madred bloodrazers
The last item is optional: yoomu/last whisper/hextech gunblade/bloodthrister/infinity edge/black cleaver
Yoomu maximaze cdr 40%, lw and bc gives armpen, hextech and thrister gives more ad and lifesteal. So what do you think?

The last item is a hard choice. I usually go with an early Manamune for infinite mana with only a small hit to your early damage.
