ppl need to understand spell != magic damage , spells can do physical magic or true damage it wont change anything about life steal spell vamp rylai or frozen maillet , the question is does the spell apply on hit effect or not , and not if its physical or magical damage .
btw , i know blind dont work on gankplank Q but what about others similar spells? and for dodge?
