Doesn't stop her from Condeming Poppy away once she charges in. Like Corki, you need to CC Vayne and just take her out. Nasus and Nunu are great counters because they stop that flow of damage.
Yea. Nasus hurts Vayne pretty hard. Unfortunately, if she has enough AS or, just enough common sense to kite Nasus, he goes down pretty quickly.

everyone who thinks Vayne isn't OP:
She's good early, mid, late game. She's good when fed, when not fed, when 1v1 or in a team fight. She has CC, damage, true damage, attack damage, more damage, mobility, escapability, everything.
The quoted I fonted in yellow are circumstantial, redundant, or entirely false.

What you're left with is:
Vayne is really strong relative to other champions at best.
She's not OP. Just really good.
Tanky DPS, Melee, and Tanks get creamed by Vayne, but she is hard countered by Nukes who can stun and burst, and Anti-carries who can out 1v1 her.
