Nerfing him but still making him ' good ' i don't get it but ok.
Only way is to improve him in other areas and nerf in others but either way is that really a change?

I'd rather they do something innovative instead of making a direct nerf.
Like making Transfusion add Tides of Blood stacks.
Causing it to have a cost, but also increasing the healing if he spams it. So that if he's fighting and taking damage, it'll even out because of the rising health-returns on top of costs.
But if he's just spamming it, it won't be as effective because of the rising costs.

His combo costs him about 40% of life, with some burst he may be left with 25%, if not less.
I agree that Transfusion could use a nerf, but it heals for 200-400 late game, even with 4 stacks, you would reduce his healing gain by 100-130 points, not much considering ToB heals him pretty hard with Spell Vamp. I'd rather like to see Vlad with Q on a flat CDR, slightly boosted in scaling and with decreased base damage. That would nerf his insane spam early, but also make his scalling better for late game. On top of that Sanguine Pool and Hemoplague could use a little work, I still feel like nerfing Sanguine Pool a little, this skill is just too OP, even for me.
