Well I use this build in "serious" play, and i end up being the highest scoring on my team more often than not.
Check out the videos and other user comments on the build, and watch this space. I hope you have a good AD brand in one of your games in the near future so you can eat your words :-) I'm sure you will anyhow.
AD Brand < AP Brand.
ANY character in the entire game can be succesfully played as AD.
But, they all rely heavily on positioning, and proper play.
If you are a good player, any character with almost any build can be successful.
Tri lane for life.

Also, I'd love to see a link to this post Jebus made.
Bet the context would work more against the OP's favor, seeing all the circumstantial factors already present.

Was found simply by copy and pasting Jebus's first sentence into google.
Thread leans towards anti Mobafire, so Jebus was defending Mobafire.

I posted what I think. I'm glad to post it on your own guide as well if you want me to. I don't think AD/AS Brand is fit for competitive play and I don't think any other "fun, unorthodox variant" of a champ is viable either. Carry the team with AD Brand? I'm sure you would have carried just as hard with any regular AD carry.
I apologize if I hurt your feelings and I'd be glad to post my comments in a less blunt way next time.

In a nutshell:
MOBAfire guides are awesome because it gives new players some build ideas and insight to particular strategies. It's a great way for players to get a feel for which builds are appropriate in which circumstances. Even not-so-good builds have their place when the time calls for them.
MOBAfire guides are terrible because the community voting system generally rates guides in terms of not just their viability but also how they are presented. The guide should be rated in terms of how viable the strategy is in a real game, not how convincing you can make your guide sound.

This pretty much sums up my thoughts. Most of the time guides are voted on without even trying them out in game: both positive and negative.

That you ignorantly downvoted a build without trying it Jebus.
The build does work, if you give it a try i'm pretty certain you will agree. There are valid reasons why AD Brand works, for a start his base a/p ratio without any AP items is actually very good so when you are L18 and late game, your spells do a huge chunk of damage, ON TOP of your insane dps capacity. Brand has a very high scaling base AD also and the main component here is that his range is extroadinarily high - better than annie, almost comparable to Caitlyn. AD Brand is a better caitlyn, simple as that.
So for you to go into a thread and publically announce my guide doesn't work and isn't good is obviously going to be a problem when you haven't tried or seen something how can you just "know" it won't work? The point is, it does work.
