Stealth Characters obsolete?

[/quote] i've been seeing a lot of discussion about gangplank jungling, but I imagine shaco still has faster jungle and more potential early game, however, I feel like GP has more potential through mid and late game than shaco, shaco is really good at ganking and having a 90 sec ward, but I don't see much utility in him beyond that.[/quote]

SOOO remove that little snag and TADA you can stealth in a crisis. That way they can have a chance if jumped by an enemy to escape. It has happened to me where I tried to stealth and escape an attempted gank, I ended up getting away with ~10HP I was at full when they jumped me but my attempt to stelth led to being hit 3-4 times delaying my champion from actually being untargetable. It's quite a bit of reworking required but there needs to be an equalizer to stealth NOT such harsh counters like an Oracle elixer.[/quote]
