He has a better early game by a little, spell vamp and such works with SV, so he has a better mid game, and heals almost as much late game, and only does 20 less damage with his Q.
Basically, they BARELY nerfed his late game healing, they buffed Spirit Visage, and they made his Q hit harder early game.
IDK they barely changed him imo.

From what I know - No. This lil' change-o-something was probly the cherry on top (maybe
Sanguine Pool nerf in coming in nearest future), but other than that I find Vlad pretty fair right now (they are able to kill me, trolololo).
