I think ashe is op only in the right hands, I see far to many Ashe's in ranked lately that just blow with her BUT still manage to do well with her ULT I think that's the issue were having.

She's nothing special in terms of damage or "carrying", but she's WAY too good at her job. She's like Janna (or any comparable support) and an AD carry combined. You have the slow, a powerful CC, but you can also hit extremely hard, just not as hard as other AD carries.
She's TOO MUCH an asset to the team imo. She brings too much to the table, even though she sticks out at none in particular.
You can't go into a public match and win every game as her. But the fact that over 3/4 of high level games with her in were won says something. She should be normalised to being decent in tournaments and a little better in public matches imo. Shouldn't be too hard. Lower slow on Q, add 5/10/15/20/25 damage (or something), ???, profit.

Yeah, but I don't know if a Q nerf is the right answer. I feel like an ultimate cooldown nerf would be the best way to do it, because the real reason why ashe is such a good pick for ranged carry is that she brings initiation to the table, something which her counterparts do not have, and I think nerfing that aspect would definitely take her away from the must pick/ban level and into a more balanced state.

Generally I find running from an Ashe to be a bad idea unless you have a lot of support incoming, though she can just kite you if you don't run, hopefully you have a slow to counter hers.
