Nope. Just do a custom or, do it really quickly at the beginning of a match.
Advantages: quick rapid fire of your skills. Disadvantages: From doing this for so long, it is the position I automatically do this every time I go to type.
Standard key setup for me. I use T for "special" things like smart-casting things I need to go off fast.

I'm pretty sure you can't change what the arrow keys do. There is an option for map scroll speed if you look around enough.
I do not think you can zoom out any more but, I don't know what it looks like for you. Look through the options and turn off "fast terrain" if it is on. Then, use you scroll wheel and scroll down.

My brother is left-handed (and 6), so I'm thinking about changing the spells around for him, thanks for the tips on which letters to choose.
@Michael: Some spells really shouldn't be smartcasted. Like Ashe's
Volley. However, other spells, like Nasus'
Wither and
Spirit Fire, or Annie's Q benefit greatly from smart casting.
QWER are really useful for smartcasting - I don't know which games you're playing that don't utilise those keys...

ya, actually league of legends is one of the few games that feels really natural when playing left handed (others include any valve FPS, like TF2) because there's a generally small number of inputs. 6 spells and a few active item slots is really easy to map. Mapping games like Monday Night Combat or F.E.A.R is such a nightmare that it's basically unplayable.

Dose anyone know how to change the key binding on (up), (down), (left), (right)?
Is there anyway I can adjust the sensitivity of (up), (down), (left), (right)?
Is there any way I can change key bindings without being in game?
What are the advantages/disadvantages of the default key binding?
Does anyone have a key binding scheme that they like and why?
Thank you to anyone who answers of my questions.
