I'd go for Flat Armor seals and HP Quints, but if you want to stick to ArP Quints, get Hp/lvl seals.

I go: ArP Reds, Flat Armor seals, Flat Magic resist glyphs, 2 Flat AD Quints, 1 HP quint.

Flat health seals and also scaling health seals are generally weak on most champions and you want armor seals most of the time. Dodge seals are overrated on anyone not named Jax.
