I could see it being viable if it were maybe "90 AD, 18 Armor Pen, 15% CDR, +25% bonus AD"
Reduce the free armor pen, keep the AD high. CDR is fine, and the +25% bonus AD will make up for the armor pen and lower AD.
Oh and, his other tweet said to judge the concept. I'm thinking... LAST WHISPER KILLER!!

This would be realy costy and it is OP for ranged carries that didnt have full effect from yoyo.
Give us something with lifesteal... FFS this stat is so underpopulated anywhere... make an upgreade to Executioners call item... so many better places they could work on.

BF = 45 AD
Brutalizer= 25 AD
How can this sum up to 60? The jump upgrade jump is 30 AD :P
