[/quote] Yi CAN be the fastest, but he would have to get Alpha Strike procs on all camps every time its cast (which I have had happen before mind you). Rammus is pretty average imo, he was much faster pre jungle creep buff, and faster still when his defensive curl scaled with AP (secretly).[/quote]
