The Katarina remake thread

But even then having an ult that channels and the main draw of the ult is to BE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FIGHT makes her suuper super bad character. It's not like Nunu's where you only have to channel and THEN the damage comes, the damage is consistent with the channeling so you have to wait in order to start your ultimate. Boots start, rush Rylai's, get sorc shoes, then grab a morello's for some CDR, then Deathcap, finish off the build with GA+Abyssal. Runes are typical armor/mr seals/glyphs, MPen marks and Flat AP Glyphs. You could of course, replace the Morello's with a Mejai's, but i'm not too great at staying alive when focused, so i don't usually buy mejai's. You could also replace Abyssal with a Lich Bane, and focus a lot more on the assassin role. These are just my opinions though.[/quote]

And if you honestly think your item build is ideal, and mine is bad, you can argue with WESTRICE, who uses the same Kat build that I do basically (different boots). @OP, she doesn't need any changes really. She pubstomps lower Elo since people don't exactly know how to handle her, but you can pubstomp with Shen too and people won't know how to handle him T_T Mid/higher Elo she is just another caster...she can get shut down in group fights, but she has an assassin role and 1v1 she can easily clean people up. SAME idea with Shaco, Nocturne, and other assassins.[/quote]
