[/quote] Ashe's Volley + Crit strike takes off about half a squishies health in one hit. I think that's considered heavy hitting. :P If you love cdr's so much you should just go 21 in utility. It's best, + 9 in offense isn't that bad for Ashe. She doesn't NEED the other stuff, but you can play way more aggressive with it.[/quote]
