The "meaning of pain" one is a bit hard to read. Maybe try cloning specific parts of the clipping mask layer that flow well and allow the writing to be read a bit better. For instance, I thought it said, "the meaning of pah" and I was like, lolwut. And for some reason, I don't like the triple blur/outline o.O Maybe I'm crazy - you could always apply some sort of filter, like Ocean Ripple, and that will give a really nice effect like in some of my sigs.
lol, instead of trying to explain it, I went ahead and mangled your sig.

With the Distort > Glass filter, you can't tell as much that the image has just been copied a few times and displaced.

Of course, if that's the effect you wanted, then ignore me :P

Sounds good to me Melink, I look forward to your post. Sorry about the requirements, but when I do a piece I don't want it to go to waste.
I'm back and with enough posts to qualify! I would really love a Veigar signature done.

If you need anything else, let me know!
Thanks to JEFFY40HANDS and Vort for the great signatures!
When I smudge things it doesn't leave such a clear outline of the thing smudged, I wonder what settings he used? An interesting effect that could probably be used a lot if it produces such perfect results. Lol, here I was thinking he copied the layer two-three times and displaced it, which is more work than smudging, I imagine ^^
Anyway, Jeffy, you totally can ignore me, was just giving a suggestion :) Like, you probably won't believe it, but there are no tutorials out there showing you how to cut and paste something into a new document.
You wouldn't believe how long it took me to figure out :/ Was trying to use the right-click controls, never thought of using keyboard commands.
