Am I the only one who has experienced troubles voting lately? 2 people were planning to vote on my builds but they couldn't for some strange reasons.
If you have the time, check out my noc build. Like the sig?

either that, or it is a new champion; you can't vote on a new champ build/guide until 4 days after database release.

I have the ability to vote on both of those guides.

Most likely, those 2 people shared a computer with someone else who already voted.

Or they were derps and couldn't figure out how to vote. >_>
