Gash Bell - Destined King of the Mamodos




Gash is a ranged AoE caster champion with heavy disruption skills. His base movement speed is 300. His autoattack range is 580. Gash does not use mana.

Best comparison champions would be Rumble, Annie, and Lee Sin.

I designed Gash is satisfy my wish for a super flashy champion whose animations flared and sparkled on the battle field. Something no champion can really do, no matter how amazing Riot made an upcoming champion sound.
"IT'S ON!!!"

Passive:
Rauzaruku - After battling for an extended amount of time Gash will call forth a special rainbow lightning bolt that restricts his other abilities but makes him extremely powerful physically in order to conserve his strength.

Each time Gash casts a spell, he gains a "Rainbow energy charge" stack, max stacks: 17. These stacks degrade by one ever 10 seconds that Gash spends without casting.

Upon reaching 17 stacks, Gash enters Rauzaruku state where he loses 450 attack range, self-silences for the duration, gains a 50% movement speed and attack speed increase, reduces all damage received by 60%, and deals 20% of his AP on hit as magic damage.

Rauzaruku state lasts 15 seconds. The movement speed boost decays by 15% every 4 seconds.

Comments: I wanted him to be similar to Rumble. Being able to cast as freely as he wishes, but having a limiter that can be both offensive or defensive.
The damage reduction and movement speed boost removes any fear of being a typically slow squishy, while also giving him good escape opportunities.





Q:
Zakeru / Zakeruga - Gash's most basic offensive abilities.

Zakeru - Skill shot - Gash fires a lightning bolt outward, dealing 60 / 105 / 150 / 195 / 240 (+30% AP) damage to the first unit it hits.

Range: 800
Width comparison: Infected Bonesaw
Cooldown: 5 seconds
Cast time: 0.2 seconds.

Upon hitting a target with Zakeru, Gash gains a "Zakeruga charge" stack. Upon gaining 5 stacks, Zakeruga becomes revealed for 3 seconds after reach Zakeruga charge. Max stacks: 6

Zakeruga - Skill shot - On cast, Gash will fire a piercing version of Zakeru that passes through all targets, dealing 60 / 120 / 180 / 240 / 300 (+70% AP) magic damage, stunning them for 0.7 seconds, and reducing their magic resistance by 20%.

Range: 1200
Width comparison: Mystic Shot
Animation: Miniature Finales Funkeln
Cast time: 0.6

Zakeruga consumes 5 "Zakeruga charge" stacks on cast.

Comments: Zakeru is his basic offense attack. Spammable, but a skill shot.
Zakeruga is his occasional beam cannon spell that fires like Lux's ult. A lightning-fast burst of damage.




W:
Rashirudo / Maazu Jikerudon - Gash has an assortment of powerful tactical electrical spells at his disposal.

Rashirudo - Skill shot wall - After channeling for 1 second, Gash summons Rashirudo, a permeable wall of 500 / 600 / 700 / 800 / 900 distance that allows allies to pass through freely, but will knock back and deal 40 / 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 (+ 15% AP) magic damage enemies that try to pass by.
Those caught in the center upon the summoning will be stunned for 1 second instead of knocked back.

Affected enemies receive a "Recently Rashirudo'd" charge that makes them immune to Rashirudo's knock-back/stun effect for 4 seconds.

Range: 800
Duration: 4 seconds
Knock-back distance: 300
Cooldown: 25/24/22/21/20 seconds

Post-cast, Gash will gain a "Magnetic power" charge, max: 3 charges. Upon reaching 3 charges, Maazu Jikerudon will become available in place of Rashirudo until it is cast.

Maazu Jikerudon - Single Target Spell - After Gash fires a slow but massive power orb that pulls the target enemy champion toward it (the middle point between Gash and the target), effectively stunning them for 2 seconds. Upon reaching the center, the target is electrocuted and receives 100 / 140 / 180 / 240 / 280 (+60% AP) (+20% of individual enemy's maximum health) magic damage.

Enemies in direct vicinity of the electrocution will receive half the damage and be silenced for 2 seconds.

Range: 1000
Silence range: 300 (450 from the orb core)
Cost: 3 "Magnetic power" charges

Comments: From Bouncy shield to single-target magnetic death-trap!

Zaguruzemu - Skill Shot - Gash launches sphere of light that will attach onto the nearest enemy unit (preferring champions over minions) and amplify Gash Bell's other abilities when/if they land on the attached target(s).

Zakeru - Damage is increased by 20% for each Zaguruzemu charge and Zakeru will further split off and strike the nearest enemy champion (or units) (within 750 distance) for 80% of the damage dealt to the previous target. Zakeru cannot hit the same target twice.
Reference: Pyroclasm

Zakeruga - Stun duration increased by 1 second, and an lightning aoe shockwave will resonate from the target(s), dealing 30% of the original Zakeruga damage to the target and nearby enemy units.

Rashirudo - Knockback distance increased by 200, Stun duration increased by 1.5 seconds.

Maazu Jikerudon - Damage increased by 40%. Champions afflicted with Zaguruzemu will be pulled in and also be electrocuted even if they were not the target, as long as they are within 450 distance of Maazu Jikerudon's landing point.
Addition targets will also have their received damage amplified if they had a second charge upon them at the point of reaching the center.

Upon receiving 3 Zaguruzemu charges, an enemy unit is considered 'fully charged' and can no longer have Zaguruzemu charges added.
If no targets are available, the orb will persist at it's location for 10 seconds. (Zakeru and Zakeruga CAN use these idle orbs to activate their bonus effects!)

Zaguruzemu is dispelled after 10 seconds or when the enemy is struck by one of Gash Bell's spell.

Attach range: 300
Cooldown: 4/3.5/3/2.5/2 seconds
Range: 1000
Particle Speed: 1500

Comment: As the reader, you probably wondered by I made Rauzaruku's cap 17 stacks.
This ability is why. You'll want to be spamming this all the time to maximize your utility.

This is your one-point-wonder, as cooldown reduction is of great value on Gash Bell so you won't really need to raise it for the reduced cooldown, plus you won't need to use this more then 2~3 times between combos.

The idle feature also means you can plant orbs over walls and around the lane for long-distance ricochet type skill shots.

Baou Kurou Disugurugu - Gash Bell summon's Baou's arm to his aid and devestates the battle field with its mighty palm, dealing 180 / 270 / 360 (+50% AP) magic damage to all struck targets, silencing them for 2 seconds, and popping any projectiles in flight in the AoE;

and ravaging the area with electricity for 12 seconds, 'silencing and blinding any enemy units that pass through it for 1 second and dealing magic damage equal to their 4% of their maximum health' once every 3 seconds.

Targets with Zaguruzemu charges will be stunned for 1 second and afflicted with the ability's AoE effect for 10 seconds.

Skill Shot range/style comparison: Contaminate
-AoE circle 800+ in radius
-Cast range is about 800+

Cooldown: 135 / 120 / 105
Cast Time: 1.5 seconds (Self-stun while Arm rises/materializes and slams the ground; can't be disrupted.)

Comments: The focus of this ability isn't necessarily the giant palm slam. It's the act of a sweeping hand and the destruction afterward.

The projectile popping and slam deflect any abilities enemies could be planning to use (except for Cleanse, Quicksilver Sash, and that godforsaken Remove Scurvy.)

The persisting area of effect really puts your team in the advantage in terms of battle potential. Having it constantly disrupt enemies' capacity to cast and breaking down their health even further like real electricity would do.

I wanted to use Baou Zakeruga as his ultimate, but I realized the ability in itself was weird and any realistic sort of Baou ability for LoL would be horrendously overpowered. I mean, LOOK AT HIS ARM! THAT'S JUST THE ARM!

No. Too complicated, you'd have to keep tabs on so many damn things it wouldn't be fun.

Maybe a small bias because I don't like anime, but, you could still make this guy a little less confusing if you gave him not stupidly confusing names.

It's not really complicated. It's complex. High skill-ceiling.

And even if you're not skilled, the play style is simple: Spam your abilities until you can't spam anymore, then punch their face in while under Rauzaruku the buff.



The complexity is intention. To hell with anyone that wants something super simple.
Gash Bell's for people who can plan and manage multiple resources at once, similar to the extremely intelligent Kido.

If you can't handle his resources and style, I wouldn't want you playing him. I made him with the hope that with all the skill shots and resources would make him anti-FotM. (Though, his skills would be highly visually rewarding so, mneh)
Your reasons for disapproval make me happy. :)



Lastly, abilities are original names from the manga. Deal with it.

Mordekaiser's abilities are all named after heavy metal bands/songs. No one complains about that.
If a person is really inept at pronouciation there's always saying "I use my Q" or "My Ult"

perhaps change this part.

edit: Changed the Ult's AoE to blind instead of stun - Seemed a bit ridiculous
Changed the additional E effect to make it debuff with the AoE instead of dealing double damage.

right because 500 damage base on Q with a 100% AP ratio isn't OP at all

oh and neither is a team oriented 1 second stun ofc

his cc is ridiculous, his base damage is ridiculous and his combo is ridiculous...
