Actually, WW doesn't need Wriggle, he's plenty fast with just Razors+Wit's End and he also has plenty of sustain already.
I upgrade razors to Bloodrazor in lategame ofc.

Wriggle's isn't for the speed o.O It's for the bonuses it gives, including a free ward every few minutes which is invaluable for your team.
Agree with Searz mainly, that build is pretty awesome.

Around 10-20 min in is what really impressed me, Frozen heart rush from Soaz and Blue buff :O

I agree with everything Searz has said.
Wriggle's ins't needed, and you should never rush Madred's bloodrazors.
Searz' build is also quite good, that's a good build to use for new WW players.
I personally do like a Frozen heart / Spirit Visage / Merc tread's combo as my first items, followed up by a Wit's end after, but I used to Lane Warwick and I haven't played him since the nerfs so my build may be obsolete now.

But, building into Wriggle's means you're spending gold on an item you'll sell later, and the razor's could be used towards Madred's later insteaad :P
Wriggle's is a very sound choice on WW when paired with Wit's end though so your suggestion isn't bad by any means.

Wriggle's doesn't delay any build o.O It is extremely cheap, and no game ever goes long enough for me to sell it.
I wouldn't say Wriggle's is entirely necessary, but it certainly doesn't hurt (that free ward is awesome). WW can get away with skipping it and just keeping the razors+ passive lifesteal for jungling to later turn into bloodrazor.
If you don't plan on getting bloodrazor (for some reason), Wriggle's is a cheap upgrade.
