Why would you deserve a IP refund? The price reduction is for new and future players due to the steadily increasing amount of champions.
It's equally plausible to argue that you should stop buying champions and wait until they all drop to 3150. You'll save a lot of IP!

Personally Ithink they should only reduce the ones that people dont play very often and increase the prices of extremely overplayed champs. prefer the air.

Save for Anivia the other two aren't really anything to get all excited about. Corki just feels useless now and Blitzcrank just doesn't measure up to most other OT DPS or Pure Tanks (He's strong but there are some better options). But that's my opinion, I know you'll disregard it entirely (if you read it at all), thanks in advance Jun.

Naw of course not, they'll give us a 72 hour IP boost AND in historic Riot fashion; servers will be completely ****ed up, so WE can be completely frustrated and blame lag for our losses, but we get more IP for each loss WOOT.
