Anivia, or Brand

I can honestly see the logic behind the AP carry being the one with the most damage, but I still don't think that that determines the best AP caster or who the OP should pick between Anivia and Brand.[/quote]

With all the widespread damage he deals, I can see it doing way more damage overall. TL;DR I agree with most of what you've said, and it's probably my inexperience with good Brand players showing.
