Lately, I've seen Twitch as still an excellent ganker and team-fighter.
Oracle just hard-counters him to pieces - Like, he's screwed the moment he's caught, but if his team initiates first, he can still help wipe a team pretty effectively.
Agree, his slow is instrumental in a fight and his ult is still quite good of you can land 3-4 good attacks on multiple people.
Also, it does allow you to sit back from afar and focus down one target if the need arises.

Twitch ends games super fast if left unchecked, it's super hard to defend from bd Twitch. Sivir is also like that. When Sivir is buffed it'll only increase that 1000x. As far as I know, those two are the only two AD ranged carries who can end games that fast, with no warning.
@Lugi
We force Ashe to be a ranged AD for the exact same reasons. A slow, and increasing farm > other carries, plus AoE dmg. Yes, she can support pretty well though. No real way of peeling people off allies or healing teammates tho.

You try chasing after someone with a permanent 35% slow on you and see how easy they are to catch. :P

Couldn't be bothered to read all 6 pages, sorry, but here's my take. I consider ranged AD to be the most balanced class in the game right now. You can use pretty much all of them in solo queue and do fine. Competitive play is relatively the same.
Viable(competitively):
Ashe
Caitlyn
Ezreal
Miss Fortune
Kog'Maw
Tristana
Urgot
Vayne
As far as your other ones:
Teemo is a solid counter to some top solo champions with no dash abilities. Examples are Garen and Singed. I use teemo as a counterpick in ranked and confidently do so. He's gotten use in competitive play as well.
Twisted Fate is fine as an AP carry and shouldn't even be played as ad :/
Corki sucks. He just does.
Sivir is a solid counter to AP mid and taric-cait bot. Ridiculous range and BD ability make sivir an absolutely fine solo queue pick.
Twitch is also pretty bad but i've seen jungle twitch make it work. He can break games as a roamer/jungler in low elo.
So there you have it, there's only like 2 champions on this list that you can't use in solo queue, and there's a large pool of champions available for competitive play. None of said champions are in a class of there own, and AD carries as a whole are pretty balanced right now.

yes, cause we all know Ashe can spam Q all day in lane, and stand in front of your enemies all day, especially if they have cc. uhuh.
I agree with pretty much everything that Evil said except that Corki sucks :) And I think Twitch should be played as a jungler as well ^^

She doesn't need to spam it in lane, and she has longer range than most supports. Uhuh yourself
