I agree with you, we need more AD Ranged Carries. Ranged is pretty much my role when I play with a team and If even 1 gets banned and someone else picks the other semi decent viable one it screws up everything.

Since you count everything that CAN be played AD/ranged...
Why not Kayle? She´s both melee/ranged Ad/Ap hybrid.
Also, seeing the amount of roles champs can fill:
Ad ranged dd, Ad/Ap melee dd, Ad/Ap tank, Ap caster dd, Support.
12-13 out of 83 is pretty decent.

The reason is because they don't make as much money off of Ranged carries as the other roles.

Actually, I count 8 that are viable in ranked play.
8 out or 80~ is about 10%. A bit low, but hardly a shortage.
There only needs to be 1 AD carry per team; 1 out of 5. With 8 to choose from, and bans being monopolized by tanks and junglers, there's hardly an issue if you're actually skilled enough to handle ranked play.
Ashe, Caitlyn, Corki, Ezreal, Kog'Maw, Tristana, Urgot, Vayne
These champions are all still viable if you know how to play them.
If you don't - Well, START PRACTICING.
The real reason for a thread like this is because "There's too many new Tanky DPS" champions.
Not nearly enough of everything else being release. But that doesn't mean we have a shortage.
Riot had a plan to release a steady flow of different archetypes; like: Carry, Caster, Tank, Tanky DPS, Assassin, Carry, Caster...
But real life messed with a lot of designs and made it blend more.
edit: If anything, we have a severe lack of tanks. A lot of Tanky DPS should be re-designed as tanks.
Amumu, Alistar, Rammus, Maokai, Shen, Cho'Gath, Taric, Galio
These are the only ones designed to be tanks. That's only eight in total, and Taric never plays as the main tank.

13 AD ranged carries out of 83 current champions, and let's admit it, only 4 or 5 of these are actually viable in ranked. Isn't it time for riot to stop releasing ******* casters and tanky DPSers and release more ranged AD carries? or at least make the old ones viable?
