Ponies!
But really I can't see a world with humans in it ever being perfect. There's always going to be war, violence and crime as long as we're around, unless some massive evolutionary change happens in our brains. A brief glance at history pretty much confirms this.
I've no idea what a perfect world would look like, it's difficult to imagine.

The world would be perfect if you couldn't have children unless you had enough money to (ie: you can fully SUPPORT the child you bring into existence). I know this idea is heartless, and it'd take probably two generations (70-100 years) for the effects to become visible, but after that, the population would have stabilised, and there would be far less people going homeless or hungry.
That would cure a lot of the world's problems right there. Some people have children without considering whether or not it is wise to do so.
My $0.02c.

At the moment alot of humans believe that the world is turning into a horrible place, due to terrorism, wars, hunger, lack of resources etc.
But what should be changed to make a perfect world, and I'm not just talking about a better world, but a perfect world. A Utopia.
How would you define a perfect world?
