As I said earlier that's why many women received custody, due to being at home. Lately that has shifted, and many woman are losing custody of their children in order to have careers.

As a woman who has been forced into sex on more than one occasion, I'm going to say that I never claimed it as rape because even though I didn't consent on a mental level, I let them do it anyway as who is going to believe me? If a woman was raped, in many cases there is going to be internal bleeding and bruising and abrasions due to the woman not being lubricated during the intercourse. This is often an easy way to prove the sex was rough and not wanted.
The above is the reason why many people (and the court system) cannot believe/rule in favour of a woman that a man is raped (without the evidence of drugs etc in the man's system).

I did not get promoted, in fact I got yelled at. Prime example that coloured woman cannot play a "race/gender" card to rise through the ranks.

What's wrong with being a feminist? It's like being a patriot for a country, standing up for what you believe in. I don't like the idea that some women are considered subordinate in some countries, and that's my own opinion. I believe men have it easier in society in almost every aspect, but I don't advocate that men should be considered less than women.
I believe men and woman should be considered equal at face value. Of course they can never be equal. There's a reason why men fly specialised planes and women don't - men have a faster response rate and better eyesight, both of which are very necessary for the job.
