Who says I'm not using Death lotus?

Ive a few questions
1. What summoner lvl are you?
2. If you are 30, how long have you been?
Like I stated, when I play Kat, I get MsS and Levi ONLY if Im doing extremely well. And I also build things that help with survival. And like I said, snowballs arent bad for her since she can be fairly bursty and can get the kills or assists. BUT, if you are our of place or you get caught by the wrong champ, Talon is a great example, you might as well bend over and take it.
All we are trying to say, is making snowballs your core items is bad. Its too big of a risk and sometimes its not worth having the target on your back.

You guys aren't really seeing it and keep saying the same things over and over again so I guess I'll just have to make a couple replays and show you how I do it. I said you guys should try doing it my way yourselves, but none of you seem to be willing to read the mini-guide in depth and actually give it a chance, so replays it is!
This comment made me laugh. One, you have 325 wins where as I'm 700/500. Two, you aren't even ranked, where as on my ranked account I'm 1500. Yet somehow your elo is "higher than mine". Kay.
I'm unranked because I haven't played a ranked game since season one ended. Derp derp. Also, you're 700 wins in because you have a premade team. I do nothing but solo-queue, as I don't have a premade. In case you didn't realize it, let me explain. League of Legends is a team game. This means that my win/loss ratio is almost completely reliant on how well my team does. Hence, the losses. I've tried your build several times before. It gets shut down against a half-competent team, no matter how perfectly you play. It CAN be a different story if you have a bunch of friends who are willing to be a hero and keep you from losing your stacks, but without those friends you would drop the stubborn act and actually listen to what the ENTIRE community is telling you. Now, that's at least two people who have tried your build and told you it's bad, along with the 40+ people who know it's bad without trying it.

Any of the champions who have a hard CC does. His point was, Akali can do more damage than Kat without having to sit in one place and channel for 5 seconds.

Special thanks to Keondre for the sig!

Katarina already has the target on her back, and just because it's risky is no reason not to do it, considering how well it works.

Implying that hard CC completely counters my ult if I position myself properly and use it at the proper times.

So what you're saying is that I should prove you wrong by playing this in solo queue?

Your security in not losing stacks lies in your ability to

Random sidenote: I played a game as Kat today and carried monstrously. Didn't need snowball items to do it either. ;)

Thanks to Janitsu for the sig!
Yes Kat has a target on her back because of her power to dominate in team fights. And that does allow for a 'comfort' for using snowballs.
And the point about your premade team. If they are going to help you get and keep the stacks, they are carrying you. They dont depend on you to carry them, you need them to carry you. As long as they are setting up kills and making sure that you arent dying, than they are the carry and you are just along for the ride.
I know this is true simply because when I play Kat, duo with my bud Gamarad or solo que, I make sure that my team is on the ball for ganks and team fights. Yes, I can dominate with my build, but I rely on my team to help me out.
Again, for the third time, snowballs are ok for her as long as she is able to keep them. If you cant manage to hold at least 6-10 than its a waste of gold and now you have to deal with that. If you can hold 10+ you are doing good enough to hold them. As long as you and/or your team is getting you stacks adn keeping them, you will be ok. If not, you just wasted all that gold for nothing.

A list of CC that can stop you regardless of positioning, perhaps?

What I'm saying.. No, correction. What we've all been saying is that it's not a good idea. Just because you CAN do it doesn't mean you should. I CAN tank with Katarina, it doesn't mean I should. I CAN let Katarina sit in one spot and channel her ultimate for 5 seconds, but it doesn't mean I will. I CAN snowball all 3 items on Kat, but I lose the solidity of a good build. Your build CAN be used, but it definitely shouldn't.

Using that many snowball items and getting away with it so often, you must either be playing against complete ******s all the time or you have some allies that truly know how to aid Katarina and keep people off of her. She is extremely easy to counter.
Running one stacking item isn't a waste of money as long as you can keep at least 6 stacks on it. The rest, I would not recommend until you know you can't be stopped. But by that point you have already won the game and you are just getting the extra items for fun.
The main idea is that Kat is already a target, because most people know that she will shred entire teams if she is not focused. By grabbing a snowball item, that makes her a target even more-so. The difference is that there will always be at least one enemy watching your every move, waiting for you to ult. You grab a snowball item and all of a sudden the entire enemy team is watching your every move instead of just one person.
It is not recommended to rely on such things simply because it is unreliable. It is the same reason I don't like Bloodthirster. If I die, I lose the stacks I worked for. It seems kind of repetitive and annoying to me.
Personally, I get Sorc Shoes, rush Rylai's, then Hextech (or Deathcap depending on my mood) on her and have no problems the rest of the game.
By all means, get on a smurf account and roll whatever you want on whoever you want...

I'm gonna try again:
You can be the best LoL player, you can never die. OK, thats awesome, for you. Stacking items still suck. I know you dont die, but no matter what you say, they suck.
Face it: you are good and can get them without dying much, but they still suck.
If you say "no, you're not understanding" or "try it", you are totally idiot.

Well, I finished 2,700 in S1, so you can trust me when I say that Teemo counters Katarina.
Oh yeah? Well I finished 9001 elo in S1.
