Other changes are all pretty meh.
Gangplank nerf - Yeaaaah... Lame.
Necessary, but they're not making him fun.
I just think they went about Gangplank all wrong. The rework was sweet, but they're nerfing across the board, which is making him into Teemo. A little good at everything, but not great at anything. Very boring for a pirate.
Kog nerf, expected. 10 seconds was really excessive anyway.
Ezreal spoke of reducing it to make room for other types of buffs that would make him more fun to play. Like maybe range buff on Q. I would love that so much. :D
Orianna buff. 25 AA range, can't hurt.
Will make the QQers shut up, but they still won't be able to master Orianna because they still won't have the skill or guts to enter auto-attack range, ever. :P
Talon nerf - Ohhhh, that's gonna hurt his lane.
He can't jungle, his only place was the solo, and now he's just lost 24% of his HP regen and over 30% of his mana regen for his early game. May not look like much, but early game can last 10~15 minutes, those points every 5 seconds stack up.
Means you're recalling at least once more per lane against someone competent, and in high-elo, that's a big deal, being forced to recall.
