Calculated it as 810 when fully stacked, yes. The mana on Frozen Heart gives him about 120 health.

Actually he gets 1000.

EDIT:

450 hp base
630 hp base stacked

525 mana base
725 mana base stacked

= 181 bonus

= 810

I'm not entirely sure how leaguecraft got 1069 bonus...

RoA health: 450 + 180 = 630

25% of 725 mana = 181.25

630 + 181 = 811
