The nerfs were aimed at her early game, I'm not talking about her damage, it's still fine.
And yes, the 2% actually does more than you think, despite her raw damage she's still squishy. The harassment against a standard solo-top
Nasus, Cho'Gath, Olaf can normally trade blows and both be fine but after this spell vamp nerf, she gets out-harassed. It's noticeable enough for a competent enemy to take advantage and begins to start denying.It's not that bad of a nerf overall but I feel her sustain isn't on par anymore.

She can easily lane vs Nasus, but not vs Olaf; it's nearly impossible for her.
I didn't play her since the patch is not yet released on EU but I really think it's a placebo. 2% are hardly recognizeable and you should easily be able to farm your revolver up and rape then.

Almost all of her nerfs can be returned through mastery choices. The only exception is her Q.

The first 6 levels are pretty rough, you have to play extremely safe.
@Beeswarm17 You can't even reach that mastery if you're going 21 in offense. Which is optimal.
