Sheen gives you stupid burst as well as enough mana to cut most of your laning worries down. I also personally feel that attack speed is much less necessary on Sivir now. You'll definitely still want some, but nowhere near what you'd consider on old Sivir -- despite the lowered self-buff on her ult. You can essentially use Ricochet as a double strike, and as such, AD will generally do more for you than AS would, both in terms of burst, and sustained DPS.

Hmm, how would Black Cleaver work, if every hit of Sivir's riochet applies on-hit effects? You could buy: Ionian Boots of Lucidity, Black Cleaver, Madred's Bloodrazor, Wit's End, Trinity Force, Bloodthirster.
