No Nick, Indomitable is FLAT damage. You can't really compare them. But you can compare MR and Armor to Honor Guard. (Honor Guard is ****)

Frozen heart is the biggest armor item with the best stats that we can use (Way better than Thornmail) and so that's why we're rushing Glacial shroud on that build.
But yeah as a solo laner with Cho I generally rush FH and a Nega cloak. From there is where my build starts to vary but it's all relative.
