4. OMGOSH THIS GUIDE IS SO PRETTY!!!1...Sorry.
5. Spot on "Runes" section. The lack of situational runes is dissappointing, but I don't see the need on this champion honestly, so you get a pass. (Except maybe a mention of

16. Speaking of, you have no Team-Fights section. That makes manphoenixturtlebeartigermonkeyman
17. Also, your "Jungling" section is out of date, with no mention of the new jungle. The routes will screw over newer junglers badly. There is a video of the new Jungle Udyr here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qSWaM4lhP0E
THIS IS A HIGH PRIORITY CHANGE.

5/10 - Main build is solid for the most part, but there is a severe lack of depth and explaination and options. The key part of the guide, jungling, is completely out of date and completely lacking any depth. Key sections of a good guide are completely missing.
Summary: At first glance it seemed that the formatting was nearly perfect. I very excitedly read through this particular guide. I'm starting to wonder why it's not one of the higher ranking guides. Most likely because he's a fan favorite and there are a lot of guides on him. Depending also on your manner of building. I'm sure my brother will help you out in that regard. After getting through the content, I did find it lacking unfortunately. Your guide is short, sweet, to the point which is great for those who will stop by just to walk away with a rune, mastery, item and skill order build but that is what your cheat sheet is for. Expound a bit for your readers. For those who read on for the guide they will find the lack of instructions disheartening. Remember that a guide is an instruction manual. Tips & Tricks on using abilities are just as important as the viability of selecting certain items or skills in a certain order. Your color scheming, formatting and sections are marvelously done. This guide is very aesthetically appealing overall. If I was judging solely on that you'd have a 9 or 10 easily. For this lack of content I have to give you a 6/10 which is easily rectified by getting in there and adding it.
Cheat Sheet - Excellent. Very good for those who are going to just do a drive by build glance and leave. I know if everything contained within is sound then you're going to get some praise for it and I believe it designs your guide to be optimal for both visual learners and those who learn by doing. You did omit auditory learners here however and could fix this in your guide by throwing one of your favorite and more up to date Udyr jungle videos here like Stonewalls for further efficiency of the cheat sheet.
1. Our rage is beyond your control! - A good appealing section. It gives a great deal of theme and aesthetic appeal to your guide by and large. I think a bit of artistic and dramatic flare peeks out here because of it. Bravo.
2. Introduction - It seems to me that this section doesn't exactly know what it is. A good image is used here by the way. This section should explain why it is that you personally enjoy Udry, what your guide can do for someone who reads it all the way through, why the reader should play the champion, why the reader should continue to play the champion after using you guide and so forth. I will note that I like the fact that you tried to justify yourself as to picking one way or another in the jungle with him here based on stances, but I think an introduction would be better of explaining that as a reader goes through a guide why it is they will agree with this particular way of doing things. Using "Welcome to my guide...," "By the end of this guide you will...," are all good formatting and introductory format choices.
3. Pros / Cons - I like the formatting here save for the cons section. A missing bullet and something happening to your sentence about less physical damage with tiger stance seems to need a correction. Otherwise it's totally fine. As long as it's viable that is the only thing to clean up. Nice formatting.
4. Runes - Good formatting again. I do wish there was a little more detail about your selections. I'd also really like to see some alternatives for those poor folks who just hit level thirty, already bought some runes and may not have exactly what you suggest. Sure, there may be only one way to rune an Udyr, but if that is the case shouldn't you speak to that here?
5. Masteries - You are lacking explanation content here. Merely giving a summary to a selection isn't extremely helpful to a person who just started playing Udyr. Stating the obvious isn't your goal. You want to deter someone from making poor decisions and advise them as to why something is a poor decision since there are so many willful players who have been led astray by temporary insanity. First thing that pops to my mind besides the fact that you can "Smite for free 10 gold" is, "Aside from speeding up your jungle clear time you can get an additional 10 gold with this mastery. This will help you in the long run with purchasing items and occasionally wards which can be game changing." This is merely an example. You can handle this any way that you would like but advice for a novice who may not know any better and might be looking for a tip such as this would go a long way. (Presuming also that buying wards as a jungle champion is how you advise someone to play.) Add some content with advice here and try to discourage people from picking other less appropriate masteries they may be tempted to use and an explanation as to why. Perhaps a good thing to highlight is why a champion like Udyr has an option of going 9/21/0 -OR- 0/21/9 so that it can at least be touched on by those who might judge you for not even recognizing their personal way of building. You're not helping novices only, after all.
6. Summoner Spells - A very short section. I realize as a jungle champion that Udyr is already forced into smite at the very least and there are few selections for him aside from chasing people down or flashing over walls, but perhaps there is a summoner spell that someone might be tempted to get for using him as a backdoor champion. If you believe that someone might take teleport, which I think some might, in the place of flash/ghost here is a good place to explain why other summoner spells are inefficient and not focus solely on a choice between two obviously superior selections. Keep in mind that the layman who has decided to play Udyr might think you haven't thoroughly thought your suggestions through unless you at least mention that other spells are inferior since you do need some ability to occasionally escape, etc.
7. Skill Sequence - Beautifully done. This is a wonderful section. Very aesthetically appealing. "Can save you while you..." seems an awkward sentence. "You can save yourself while running from enemies or a Karthus ultimate skill." Also, remember how I told you that in your introduction that you could explain why you chose phoenix over another stance for jungling? This is the place. Expound right here in the same format you are using (because it's already beautiful) and that is going to give you a great format and appropriate flow of chapters.
8. Items - Well put together here as well. I'd only personally want to slightly change this section to be a bit more verbose. A good example would be on your starting items. You've detailed why it is that you'd want cloth armor versus boots. How about adding a bit of a description here about how you can pull off a gank easier with boots and how you could accomplish them after a clear with cloth before returning to base? Remember, a guide is an instruction manual. People will either glance at it and leave after getting what they want from your cheat sheet or they will be reading your content and wanting to know the tricks to make their use of Udyr successful. The other sections for Early, Mid and Late could also use a little more content on how a typical game might go for them and how these items would help them (you've listed it, but more detail always helps) and any tips you might have for what Udyrs should be doing during these portions of the game. You could also give details, since you have divided upon a timeline, what kinds of builds you can use in a crunch should you fail to get enough CS to complete a build by a certain time if there is such a thing on Udyr.
9. Creeping / Jungling - Very easy to follow. I'd recommend putting in a specific note at the header about using your smite wisely. Explain to the layman who may have never been in a jungle before buying Udyr and then finding your guide why it is that you will need smite to help you survive certain camps in the low levels. Remember, this is an instruction manual. Otherwise, this section is beautiful and very useful.
10. Conclusion - This is just too short and lacking content. Perhaps you'd like to add some content about how you enjoyed writing your guide, that you're interested in feedback, that you'd like to thank anyone that might have inspired you (Stonewall?) and so forth? You've surely got some opinions about how you first felt when you played your first successful Udyr game? If you chose not to alter this section's content you may want to change its title as Summary or Conclusion suggests that you have final thoughts to share about the champion. Perhaps changing it to, "In Closing" as it stands might be more appropriate. Even titling it "Thank You" would also work.
