You either need to add some black filler text, or try and even the word count between the two columns.
Columns work as intended within forum posts, but not in guides. It's not hard to learn how to deal with this fact.
It's a bit intriguing how the black text appears if you write it at the top of your chapters, because of the color change on the background. What color should we use when spacing at the top? Blue-ish?
By the way, I also wanted to know this information, so thank you :)

Yes, I have already addressed this to Matt, but he is a busy man, so we will just have to wait for this :P
You could also try using the indent command instead.
Code:
[indent][/indent]

Use indent like IceCreamy said, or, if that won't do, use a series of black underscores. It's a lot less noticable than "spaaaaaaaaaaaaace"
Thanks to Fatelblade for the sig!

I'm toying with my guide at the moment, trying to get it to look like less of a Wall of Text... I've made it to my pros and cons. ._. already need help.
I can't seem to get two columns spaced out evenly. No mater what coding I use I either get a scrunched up pros and a spacious cons, or two scrunched up pros / cons.
please help? :]
